Hello everyone,

I was trying to direct a friend to some good raw sites today and came across this fabulous challenge. I'm so excited to find it although I had not really planned on getting back on the raw train just yet. Let me explain...

Sometime last year, I went raw and tried it out for a good while. I have never felt better. I had less headaches, lost weight (yay!), had TONS of energy, slept better, felt fuller for longer periods of time, just felt like a HUMAN BEING for once. It was wonderful.

But, then it just got too hard to keep up with. I know, I know... that is a lame excuse but that is why I fell off. I miss feeling as good as I did though.

I'm not sure how it will work now but I want to TRY anyway and love that there is this large community of people doing the same thing. Amazing!

A bit about me...

I'm 30 years old and live in Mississippi. I was born and brought up in Mississippi and just never left. I'm not at all sure how I originally found out about the raw diet but I'm glad I did. I think it is an amazing way to live. I hope I can keep up with it more this time.

I look forward to getting to know some of you here. Thanks for allowing me to be in this wonderful community!

Shanti,

KB :)

RAW found you, RAW will hunt you down and once RAW finds you RAW will NEVER let you go. Oh you might leave RAW but RAW will keep pullin at your heart strings.

So Happy you found us, there's a lot of RAW Knowledge on this Forum. So if you run into trouble, just post a Thread. We want you to succeed for when you succeed, we ALL do. No one is in this alone. We are only as strong as our weakest link. So we hold you up so we won't fall down.

Have you thought about doing a 30 day Challenge? There is usually one or someone starting one or you are welcome to start one. You will get much support, someone is always waiting to catch that train.

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW......Welcome to MY World.........
