Does anyone know what other sprouts can be used to make breads?
Would sunflower sprouts, chickpea sprouts, alfalfa sprouts etc be ok?
Thanks heaps.

sprouted buckwheat works well. You can also try spelt, rye or barley. You really don't want actual SPROUT/sprouts...you want the grain that has been sprouted just until there is a little tail to indicate that it is once again "alive".

Would sprouted sunflower or alfalfa or chickpea work for breads also?
Thanks
