Just ordered alissa's book. Can't wait to read it. I am new to the RAW way of eating. I hope to start in the new year, after I recieve the book. I have a 6 month old son who has had bad exzema for the last four months. I have tried all the creams, I have eliminated wheat, dairy, eggs, caffiene etc. from my diet, but nothing is helping. I am fairly positive that he is having a reaction to something that I am eating but I don't want to stop breastfeeding him. So I am going to try RAW to see if there will be a change. I have a feeling that it is going to be a real effort to transition myself from cooked to completely raw, but I just have to look at my son and hopefully it will make it easier. So far reading all your posts has made me really excited to start.

Welcome northern friend! Yes I hope that you find what it is that is bothering your son. Perhaps it is a soap product or something not related to what you are eating? Just wondering because wheat and dairy seem to be the biggest offenders and you have already taken care of those. I am sure that there are old threads on here dealing with the eczema if you use the banana to search for them. Anyway - again - Welcome!
