I found this site about 7 months ago, gave it a try and gave up because I couldn't stick to 100% longer than 7 days at a time. I can't explain why but I feel drawn back to raw so here I am again, giving it another go! Ok I know why I am drawn to it- it's healthy and I want to be healthy! I have alot of weight to loose and minor annoying health issues that I plan to clear up with raw foods in 2007.

As I have said before. RAW will Hunt you down, RAW will not let you go. Now you are a wittness to that. RAW Loves you and wants you to Love it just as much.

You are doing the Right thing. Get right back on the Horse. It is OK to go 7 days at a time. Just when you finish one 7 day stint immediately start on another 7 days. Just take it one day at a time. Always keep RAW Food prepared and Handy.

Keep posting on this Forum. Keep reading all you can about RAW. RAW wants you to have the Passion for it like RAW has the Passion for you. Have you ever been in Love? Now that's what RAW wants......

Raw will make you Sexy and Leave you Breathless...Come on and Get on the Love, RAW, Train.......See you at the Top......

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW....Welcome to MY World......

I have spent alot of time on here reading the people who have done it for a long time - most of them have had a long "transition" time. Some for years. And there are other people who are not 100% and they will be the first to say it - and they are still realizing much health benefit. I am still transitioning but at least I know what it is now and can forgive myself and accept it. For me I am just going to have to buckle down and learn to make raw dishes so I am not so tempted by my family's SAD food and also in hopes of turning them raw. So WELCOME BACK!

I can't agree with Luckitri more. I am not 100% raw and I have never felt better. I have not hade a migraine in two weeks. That was unheard of before going Raw. As some here say "I am 100% Raw 90% of the time." I may get there some day, I am just learning to be patient and not be so hard on myself when I "slip".

Keep going, give yourself a break and know that the more Raw you take in, the more SAD stuff you leave out.

And that's a good thing
