Carob: What counts as raw?

I have another newbie questions. I understand that raw carob powder can be used in recipes, but what about carob coated raisins? Are these cooked or processed in any way?

Yeah, any of the carob coated stuff, or the carob chips are processed - cooked, even some of the carob powder out there is processed.

but u could make your own raw version of carob coated raisins :D
