I am so glad that I found this forum. :)

I am a 35 year old vegetarian trying to transition to a vegan lifestyle.

I look forward to getting to know each of you!

Thank you both for the welcome. After doing a lot of reading on the forum today, I have decided to do the 30 day challenge.

Wish me luck!

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW.....now that is Better than Luck.
I was a Vegeterian for years, never thought I could give up cheese. Now I say cheese who?

Take this Journey One DAY at a Time. If you fail, start over again right then. Take it ONE BITE AT A TIME.....

Always keep food prepared and handy to eat. Always travel with fruit in the car. Be a Scout, always be prepared. Stay in touch with this Forum, we are here for you and want this to work for you. We are only as Strong as our weakest link so we are going to hold you up and push you through.

Order Alissa's Book, it is wonderful and full of advice you want. Check meetup.com and see if there is a RAW Food Group in your area. If not they will help you start one.

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW.........Welcome to MY World.......

Thanks Spicy, for the well wishes and the great advice. Giving up cheese is going to be my biggest challenge. But like you wrote, I will take it one day & one bite at a time.
