Good morning...I can't find it in Alissa's book and yet it seems like I read it somewhere that green tea is good, that it's the only thing that can be heated and not lose any of it's antioxidents??? Not sure where I read this...
I gave up coffee and it was wonderful...only had a headache for the first morning and now I've added green tea to my mornings...I can do without it if its not good but if it's good...sorta serves a purpose as I sit at the computer...I guess it's that ritual thing...
Any help, suggestions would be good....love, Elaine

Elaine, I just posted about the same question to everyone here. :D ..I love herbal (and green) tea too! I'm hoping I can still have my tea...at least it's better than coffee, right? I love "zen" green tea by Tazo. They blend it with peppermint and some other herbs, so it has a GREAT flavor. (Sorry, that doesn't help does it?) :D Maybe someone will come back with their opinion, and a "doable" solution for us!!

Oh Wendi...that is too funny...we posted almost the same question at the same time....what do they say ' good minds think alike'...or something like that...
Yeah, I know what you mean....it'd be nice to drink tea...I guess it's not even the 'hot' that I'm looking for since by the time I pick it up it's luke warm or cold anyway....maybe it is just the ritual...hopefully, we'll get some feed back ...

You can have anything you want yet, if you're looking for caffeine, green tea has it. Here's more:

Those are just a few of the threads started on this subject. There's plenty more where those came from.
Whether you choose to drink green tea is always totally one's choice. That's what I love about this lifestyle ~ FREEDOM!!! It all depends on your intent.

Thanks Revvell, I'm having trouble using the Search tool so I apologize for appearing that I'm just asking without looking on my own first....
Rawpriestess' words make sense .......'But this is the way I look at things, If you have a question about something, then it is your inner guidance telling you to look into it, so I'd say, your inner guidance, is telling you to stop. Just my observation, of how MY inner guidance works.
...I find that to be true....and I think all the responses made sense and I'll be happy to have a warm glass of water with lemon in it....that'll work!!!...and yes, I choose to eliminate any negative things in my body and any amount of caffeine needs to be set asiide.
Thanks , Elaine

Elaine,
I understand about the search tool. I had difficulty with it at first as well. Now I just click on the "search" above and it opens just the one little box. That's where I do my searches. Use to be I'd get a whole palette of stuffs to choose from and I never did find what I wanted. Hoping this helps somewhat.
