I am 38 and I suffer from PCOS. I have been told that a raw food diet will help alleviate my symptoms.

I also would like to concieve a child God willing.

Most importantly I want to live a fulfilling healthy life.

Welcome Kalia!! I too came here because I have PCOS. I have yet to conceive a child and wanted raw food to help me. I've only been on it for a week and 2 days, but I feel great already. Hope to see you around the boards more.
