I don't know what exactly I'm looking for. I do know I'm somewhat limited, since I need a 220V.

So advise me and let me know what I need for proper dehydrating!

Thanks!

I dont know if this model runs on 220v, ( not familiar with this system or if you can adapt it) but if it does........

A nine tray excalibur if you wish to spend the money and have room on your kitchen counter!

Im sure it will fit all of your dehydrating requirements.

Otherwise a machine that has a fan at the back rather than at the base appears to be a popular option as it dehydrates the produce evenly, avoiding the need to swap trays around.
A temperature control is important.

Good luck with your search :)

I started with a circular L'equip which made great crackers. The disadvantages were the hole in the middle (which did not really bother me) and the fact that you could not remove the shelves to dehydrate highter things (only was a disadvantage when I made the calzone).

I then purchased a 9 tray Excaliber. The disadvantages.
The crackers are not as nice because I can not get them really crispy.
There is no on off switch so when you find the correct temperature you will either loose it again when you turn it off or you will have to unplug.
