Hi!

What kind of pan did you use for your chocolate tart, and how did you manage to get it out of the pan so perfectly? LOL, I think I need to buy some new cooking tools to make things look a bit nicer since I'm trying to entice others to eat this way now.

It looks wonderful! See, you learn something everyday. Today I learned that they make pans with removable bottoms! I've never seen anything like that before. Do you have to get them in specialty shops?

I was going to ask the same question! I went looking for these pans in the Walmart, and they didn't have them. I'm off to google. I want my pies to look pretty too, like yours :D

I did. I ordered tart pans and springform pans, and I'm going to order more. I have never been fancy in the kitchen...either cooking or uncooking...preferring to take the most minimalistic approach possible...but I will be trying to entice some people into adopting some new eating habits and they will not be impressed with my lopsided, misshapen creations at all, so some new tools are in order.
