I Need Your Help With Ideas For Breakfast. I've Been Doing A Smoothie In The Mornings, But Since The Weather Has Changed And It's Cold In The A.m.'s, I Feel Like I Need More. Recently I've Been Skipping The Smoothie Here And There Which Means I'm Not Getting Anything For Breakfast. I Could Make Almond Milk And Have It With Say Sliced Fruit Or A Cereal...
Thanks For Your Help.

I eat steel cut oats soaked overnight and add banana, pecans and almond milk. You can also order raw rolled oats from this site. I like a hearty breakfast myself!

Maybe try sprouted buckwheat.
you could blend it with fruit (banana and berries sounds good)
or with nutmilk and a raw sweetener (honey, ripe banana, dates, agave, or etc)
or dehydrate and pour nutmilk over it like cold cereal
or dehydrate it with other things (ex: nuts, dried fruit, sprouted quinoa, and honey or agave,...plus anything else you desire) to create a granola

there are so many possiblities

I hope this helps :)

Most mornings I just have a handful of pumpkin seeds. Works for me!

what about a heartier smoothie?

like with the almond milk, banana, dates, young coconut, hemp seeds. that should keep you going a long time.

I don't know where I got this recipe, but I am completely addicted to it:

Apple Cereal
1 apple - grated
1 banana - chopped
small handful shredded coconut
1/4 c soaked almonds - chopped
1/4 c sunflower sprouts
splash almond milk or coconut water
1 tsp raw honey
dash cinnamon or nutmeg

Mix and eat.

It seems like a lot of food but I have no trouble eating it all. Often I will add some fresh berries too!
