I'm jumping in tomorrow!

I was going to wait until January 1st to jump into 100% raw... but why? There is really no reason to wait! So tomorrow i'm jumping in with both feet! I'm so excited! And now that I have my food processor i'm even more excited about this. :p And i'm almost certain tomorrow i'm going to buy a cheapy (well, not cheap, but yeah) food dehydrator to tide me over while I save up for an Excalibur!

Oh, and about an hour ago I ordered Alissa's book and dvd! Can't wait to get it!

Does anyone have a Ronco food dehydrator? Is it any good?

WAIT.....I'm not sure which Ronco model dehydrator you are purchasing, make sure it has a temperature control! Walmart sells a "cheap" American Harvest dehydrator (around $40) and has a temp. control! I used one for about 8 months last year, while I saved up for a Excaliber!
Best of luck to you! Alissa's book is my favorite RAW "cook" book! I didn't get to buy Alissa's DVD, sure wish I could have! The boards are a wealth of information!

Alright, AMY!! I need to get myself a dehydrator too. There is so many yummy recipes. Although this raw thing is a lot easier then I thought it would be. Except for the headaches the first few days. I'm so excited for you!! :D
