Hello, ~ that photo of the gingerbread cookies you made for the winter solstice walk was gorgeous. Is there a recipe for them you might share?

Thanks for your compliments!
I actually didn't use a recipe because I rarely do.

This is what I used:

Oat flour (ground up oats)
Ground flax seed
Pecans (I threw in a handful of pecans)
Molasses (this isn't raw but as I use it as a sweetner as some raw foodists use maple syrup)
Coconut oil
Spices

Place it in the fridge for a little bit to harden.
I rolled it out in between two pieces of wax paper.

These were a HUGE hit at the Winter Solstice party!
