use about 2-3 cups of almond pulp

1 cup of flax seed (give or take)

1/4 cup of caraway ( thats where you will get the taste from. so, if you want the taste more mild, use less, and stronger, use more )

1TBsp sea salt

1 TBsp garlic (powder is the easiest )

Add water slowly until it becomes the texture of dough you prefer.

Spread evenly and on a teflex sheet , and dehydrate for 8- 10 hours. Depending on your dehydrator and how you would like the texture to be it may take longer.

Oh, also, keep an eye on it about half way through. You will probobly want to flip it over...
