Alissa's blueberry pie - help please

Hi all,
I copied Alissa's blueberry pie recipe before heading from Boston to NJ to spend the holidays w my family, but I left the paper in Boston! Have tried getting in touch w my friend who is cat sitting to ask him to read it to me from the book, but he's not around.

Wondering if some kind soul out there would please PM me with the recipe. I know that we can't post it online b/c of copyrite, but I'm hoping that since I own the book, someone out there in cyberland can help me out 'privately.'
