Hi Dear ones,
i had a dificult time i ate dried coconut and after that i couldnt breath anymore :eek: i asked a friend to help me and she brought me out to the air after very painfull ten minits i was fine again but very low in Energy i slept the rest of the day my friend was insiting to bring me to the hospital ...i just was to tired iam fine now iam not eating since yesterday after this coconut and try to find out when the right time is...is that an allergic reaction.
İ have almost the same problems with carrot that why i avoit them right now...

Are you allergic to peanuts?
Did you dry this coconut yourself?

You might want to check the package and see if sulfites were added. If so, then they're probably the cause of your reaction, not the coconut.

they are from an organic shop...i thought safe the pain is still in my rips but start to eat again make me a very green sallat without nuts seed and starchi stuff feel ok but still very tired.
