I've decided that for some very important reasons that I need to eat better and after some research I've elected to go with the raw food diet. But I need a little help, with all of my research, it has been a little confusing and frustrating. I've gone to the library, book stores and online to search for the book that will (1) help me get into this easily but also (2) to help make the meals easily. I'm not asking for this to be easy :D but I want to make sure that I stick with it. So does anyone have a suggestion on a book that may have helped you in the process from SAD food to raw food.
Thank you in advance for your responses.

Go to the top left of this page and click on the box that says "Books, DVD's & other raw diet products". Order Alissa Cohens' book and DVD. Everyone says she makes it easy.
PS: Welcome to the best raw food forum!
