hi jasmine. i'm a california girl living in texas, 53, happily married with 2 daughters 34 and 35, and 3 grandsons 10, 14 and 16. i'm a newbie to all of this but am wanting to go raw. i love veggies and brown rice. it will be very hard for me to give up chicken and fish. don't eat much red meat so that won't be much of a challenge. i just don't know where to start. some of the vegs i love i don't know how to make them tasty when raw - asparagus, artichokes, brocoli, all kinds of greens (except turnip and mustard). i would welcome any ideas you may have. thanks.
