I made the chocolate chip & ginger stars -- incredible, truly. I have to refrain from making them because I eat the whole batch. However, I wanted to make some for Christmas

The last time I made the ginger stars the dough was so wet I couldn't even get it off the wax paper without ruining it, and I want to make the shapes!! Do I just add more oat & cashew flour? Maybe don't soak the dried fruit?

any suggestions would be appreciated :)

Maybe you could chill the dough and then try rolling it out for making shapes.

But adding a little more of the flour sounds like a good idea too...or do both! I need to make these again...they ARE scrumptious!
