Hi everyone!
I am scheming up things to take to all of our Christmas gatherings that my 2 year daughter will love (try to keep her from feeling left out when she doesn't get to fill her plate up with desserts, etc..) I want to make "buckwheat bars" that would be similar to rice crispy squares. Any "tried and true" recipes?? I was thinking about 4 cups of sprouted buckwheat mixed with a cup of almond butter, some vanilla, agave and salt- molded into a pan, refrigerated then cut into bars. Sounds like it would work well, but I often make up recipes from my mind that we have to almost force ourselves to eat :) ....so any experiences would be helpful!
Thanks,
cc
