Hello from Fort Collins, Colorado

Hello all,
Myself and my beautiful latina wife, Rosalva, started our raw journey about two weeks ago. We found our life again! We are both 31 and my wife has already lost about 5-10 pounds. I am trying to overcome some depression and OCD and I really believe this is the answer. I also meditate and exercise.

One of the most profound changes these past two weeks are my wife's eyes. They have always been a bit bloodshot on the edges, but NO MORE. Thay are completely white. This is amazing to us. I am feeling great and sleeping better. This is just wonderful.

We will be moving to Florida this summer, so this will also help our aging bodies on the beach!

Thanks for all your advice. This board is inspiring. I like to think of the internet and these types of boards as our collective consious, or the concious of our spirit..which is inspiring! Thanks again, and I hope tohave some pictures soon.
