I have noticed psysillium in some recipes as a thicking agent. I cannot seem to find it anywhere-except in fiber supplements with tons of red dyes-etc.

Where do you find it?

Thanks,

Lana

I know that you can by this at the drug store, like metamucil but it comes in unflavored powder form as well as orange flavored. I had to mix it with ice cream once for my cat because she was so clogged up with hairballs. Ask the pharmacist if you don't see it. I don't know if this would be considered 'raw' - I suspect it's pretty highly processed... a health food store may carry a healthier version of it.

In Australia and Canada literally ALL health food stores carry it. It's very common. Just ask.

Health food stores carry it. So do most drug stores.

This is the most affordable source I've found. We buy it by the case. My local health food store was charging twice the amount.
