Sour Cream Recipe Needed

I just saw SeaGrass7's Mexican Tostados picture and the sour cream looks amazing! Her recipe comes from "Naked Chocolate" which I don't have. Anyone has a recipe to suggest?

Try:

2 cups cashews - soaked at least 3 hours
1/2 cup of filtered, pure water
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 medium or 1 small lemon - juiced

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Chill.

I've even added fresh dill, celery, and garlic and made a dill dip out of this.

Wont it taste like lemons? Is there a way to make this without a lemon taste. :o

I personally don't think it tastes like lemons. You could try it without and see...

I've added a quick squirt of Braggs and half a date- its yummie. I use it as a cream sauce for my zucchini pastas with some sun dried tomatoes and other veggies.
