Hi! For the last two weeks I'm been gradually adding more and more plant based foods to my diet....and I'm lovin' it! I've been SAD my entire life and it hasn't done much for my complexion or disposition. I hope to make significant improvements to both by going and STAYING raw. Today is day 1. Yay!! I'd love to hear everyone's stories and if anyone knows of a support group in the Metro Detroit area please pass on the info.

As we say, this is a Journey and you Travel as you choose but I am so happy that you have decided to go and STAY RAW........RAW,RAW,RAW.

RAW will change more than your complexion it will change your Life-you will never be the same. You have made such a wise choice and I am so proud of you and the choice you have made. Life is all about choices and by making the right one it is possible to wipe out a lifetime of wrong ones.

This Forum can be one of the best Support groups there is, you can also check out meetup.com and meet other RAW Foodist in your area.

READ all you can about RAW....in fact order Alissa's Book as soon as you can, it will explain all the things that you need help with. Also use the Search at the Top of this page.
