I took a pic today after being raw for about 8 months now, and I see that I have taken years off my age, or so I am told. If I can figure out how to load a pic, I will let you see it.

ok, I did it. The bottom one is two weeks raw. The top one was taken today, after about 8 months raw and 35+ pounds lighter.

You look great. I must share two stories that recently happened to me along the same lines of eating raw reverses the aging process.

About 5 weeks ago I saw someone I had not seen in about 20 years who recognized me. I didn't recognize him. He put on lots of weight and large muscleman he became.

Last night I saw a lady I used to hang with about 25 years ago at the gym. She came up to me as if she knew me. Well she did way back. I didn't recognize her frail looking body and looked 20 years older than me.

All said to believe there is truth that eating lots of raw foods really does reverse the aging process. Just a note of encouragement where one is at, don't quit.

I feel great. My skin is great. My hair is great! My hair has always grown pretty fast, so not sure if it is growing faster or not because of the raw, but there are so many other positives that are happening, I just could not mention them all.

I do not have makeup on those pics, so you are certainly right about the skin, and it was not until I actually took these pictures and compared them that I really noticed the drastic change in myself. I am stopped continuously by people who know me who ask me what on earth am I doing!!!!!! I figured they noticed the weight loss, but I am seeing that it is much more than that. It is a total transformation. I honestly am beginning to see myself the way I used to be. I would love to lose weight faster, and was even down about that at a point, but now I see the raw was apparently working on other issues, and I will just have to be patient about the weight loss. I have a good 100 pounds more that I feel I need to lose.
