I finally got my dehydrator but now I just encountered one minor problem "process until smooth" seems to haunt me, I do not have a food processor, I have a fairly strong blender and a mini chopper (somewhat like magic bullet but old and not very strong). In order to get anything smooth in my blender I need to add water and it is not quite ideal  so, does any of your fantastic people have advise on how I make the breads, crusts and cheeses? Thank you so very much!

Gotta get a food processor. Put it on your holiday wish list? Many use a good quality juicer for the crusts as well. I don't like them for this so I use an fp. Easier to clean.

You can get a FP at a *box* store for around $25 & it will work great. Don't think you have to spend a lot of $ on a FP.

Oh-they call Walmart-Target-K-Mart,etc. all *Box* stores. I think it is because they are a big box full of *stuff.* Not sure why.
I don't know if they have them in Denmark.

O.k., well, they do have chain stores in Denmark. What the fp's cost there is another question.

Thank you for all your replies! Well, my mother-in-law has this foodprocessor, maybe I can try her's and see how I like it. The cover up solution for now is to use eggplant for pizza base and buckwheat flour instead of the nuts, works fine but I want to try the other stuff too! As far as I know fp's can get a bit pricey here..
