Jalepeno popper????

I want to make the jal. poppers. I think I have everything to make them. The recipe calls for "avo mayo" and then gives the recipe for that. The ingredients lists pine nuts....but never tells what to do with them! What??? I want to make these, but what to do with the pine nuts??

im assuming you use the nuts for the "cheese filling?" Isnt there cheese in jal poppers?

Just cream them up. But if you have the same aversion to creamed pine nuts as I, you may want to try cashews instead.

ok....thanks for the tip! I will just cream together the:
1 cup of pine nuts (the recipe calls for) with the rest of the ingredients!
