Hi everyone! :)

Just wanted to introduce myself. You can call me Mogaly (like the boy in the Jungle Book! - although I'm not a male, I'm a female. I've just always loved the name Mogaly). I'm 24 years old and I'm from Calgary, Canada.

Anyways, I've been lurking around here for a couple of weeks. I actually went a week raw. I was feeling so healthy and clean and energetic. Even my boyfriend commented on how "hyper" I was. hehe. Unfortunately, yesterday I broke my one week raw. I ate processed, cooked food which has made me feel more sluggish and blah, so it's back to raw for me!

Originally I had been interested in raw for weight loss, but after all my research on raw living and my teenytiny experiment with it, I'm moreso looking to be healthy and happy :).

Take care!

HELLO Happy and Healthy and do you have the right idea, that is exactly WHY you should go RAW, anything else is a by-product of being RAW.

That's it get back on the Horse (back into it) as we say in RAWCountry, its a Journey and everyone travels it as they choose. But you have to watch out for RAW because if RAW wants you, RAW will HUNT you down. RAW will be in you thoughts, your dreams, RAW will chase you until you SURRENDER......

I am Soooo Happy you found us and have joined our Happy Family. We take it one day at a time and I quote RP, one bite at a time.

So visit us often and ask for help when you need it. Order Alissa's Book and use the Search at the top of this page. GAME OVER.......YOU WIN........

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW....Welcome to MY World.......

Hi Mogaly!! Congrats on your one week RAW! I've been teetertawing back and forth for about 2 weeks but I've decided to take the pluge! Have you had any detoxing symptoms or has it been easy flying for you?
