Need Help From Administrators Please!!!

:confused: I can't log on with my current user name, HealthyRawLife, because I can't recall my password. I have had problems with my computer for a couple weeks and suddenly I am not automatically logging on (like before) and since I can't recall my password I want to know if there is a way for you to help me. I am asking this question with my original user name, vlf, which I chose when I first signed up I believe back in the Spring of this year. However, this fall, I wanted to start fresh and so I re-registered all over again with my new user name of HealthyRawLife. I want to be able to continue with HealthyRawLife, as I have participated in the Nov. & Dec. exercise challenges under this name and I have quite a bit of information under my signature pertaining to the challenges (weigh-ins, goals, etc.) that I would hate to have to re-do all over under my vlf user name (which I never use anymore). Could someone please let me know how I can go about retrieving my password for my HealthyRawLife name????? Surely there has to be questions that can be asked of me to insure that I am really HealthyRawLife. In fact, I signed up for both user names with the same email address. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I want to continue as HealthyRawLife but, for the life of me can't remember how to retrieve my password!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Sorry!!! I got something wrong.....when I re-registered this fall, with the user name, HealthyRawLife, I used a different email then when I originally registered with the user name vlf. If you have my password on file for HealthyRawLife, could you provide it for me if I email you?? You would then see that the email I am contacting you with is indeed the same email that was used when I registered with the HealthyRawLife name! Hope this will make is easy now!! P.S. I could also provide you with the email address I used when I first registered with the user name vlf (just added confirmation that I registered both names.....) :) THANK YOU!

Sure, just email me with the email addy you registered that name under. Now, there is no way for me to see the current password as it's not visible, so we'd have to reassign you a new one. So shoot me that email and I'll change the password for you and then you can log in and change it if you want.
