In the mean time... if you haven't already, you should both check out the Ecopolitan restaurant... one of my all time favorite raw food restaurants! And I consider Dr. T (the owner) a visionary. He has the good of the planet and all it's inhabitants at heart.

Hello, to those of you who recently started posting, and to the friends that I have already met through this website! I've been out of the loop here ever since I got back from my vacation last month - I've been so busy with a new homeschooling program that I've started with my lads, and with getting ready for Christmas, that I haven't even had a chance to check out this site this month until now. I hope any or all of you would like to get together sometime in January, after things calm down a bit. Let me know if any of you are interested. I am just over the border from you, in a southeast suburb of saint paul (Newport, a very tiny city next to woodbury). I would love for you to join us as well - that is, if you're not a packer fan. :D Just kidding!

So everyone, when are we going to do this???? The holidays are almost over. I am going to throw a date out there to get things started. How about Tuesday, Jan 9th for dinner at Eco? I think I will mark it on my calendar and hope that at least a few of you can join me.
