Hi there everyone I just happened to find this board wandering around! I am considering a raw food diet and would love to hear how you all got started! I also noticed another woman here from Maine named Alisha! That's my name also and I spell it the same way! I have many food allergies and my health has been strange ever since I had my son three years ago. I am looking foward to learning more about raw eating. Alisha
