Okay, don't shoot me here I think I know the answer but before I throw them out I want to be sure. Are Clif Bars raw? I have been 100% raw for about a week now but I have had a couple of clif bars in that time and it occurred to me last night that they might not be raw. I looked a the ingredients and they all seem fine but I don't know the process to make them.
Thanks y'all. I appreciate your help!

The gent who owns the company is raw yet most of his bars are not. I've been to a couple of expos where they've had some although I've not seen them for sale ~ which doesn't mean they aren't. You'll have to read the label which you probably don't have anymore, huh?
Well, just looked at their site. Methinks you're out of luck there.

Thanks Revvell! I looked at the label and it does say all organic but nowhere does it say "raw". Probably better to be on the safe side and find an alternative ;)
I appreciate all the wisdom you share on these boards!
Larabars are an alternative

I make my own bars. Have you ever made rice crispy squares?
Same idea.. only use raw honey instead of marshmellows and instead of the rice crisps, use all the nuts and stuff you can find. I love chopping almonds and other nuts, mix it up with raisins and stir in the honey and then set the mixture in a meat loaf pan, toss it in the fridge and when its firm and ready to cut, cut them into bars. These keep for over a week.. but they dont last that long :D
