Waldorf Salad Recipe

I am hungry for Waldorf Salad. I searched with the banana but cannot find a recipe on this site. Can anyone tell me how to make it raw?

I make that a lot but I don't follow a recipe.
I just chop up apple, grape, celery and walnut and mix a mayonaise in. I've used various mayo recipes - Juliano's, the one from Cindy's mock tuna salad, Kate Wood's...it depends what ingredients I have in.
