Hi,

I finally got a nut bag and was surprised to see just how much almond pulp was left over from a batch of almond milk. I had just left it in before. I saved the leftover pulp and I'm wondering what I can use it for? I recall someone saying she made almond cookie with it? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I make a hummus-type-thing with it - blend it with ground sesame seeds, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Then eat in a romaine leaf with chopped spring onions and tomatoes.

I think Rawkinlocs has a pie crust and/ or cookie recipe using the pulp.

I don't use a not bag when I make milk from nuts. I just blend nuts in water unitl forthy and creamy adding ice and fruit if I want a shake.

Dehydrate it and make almond flour. You can use the flour to make cakes.

yeah u can definately make cookies with it. mix the pulp with dates or raisins, shredded coconut, and press into cookies, or roll into balls and roll in carob powder.

Yum thanks. That's easy! Almond hummus sounds great too.
