:D hi i'm tushay,,,,this is such an awesome site, i have been eating raw for about 3 days now,with very little info or support...but it is really what i need to do to stay healthy...it's so great to be around like minded people...who are trying to stay healthy too....i'll be forty in four months and i think this is the gift that i've decided to give myself....a healthy body....you guys are soooo what i need!!!!
