I want to know if anyone lifted weights but gave them up after doing T-Tapp exercises because you felt T-Tapp kept you toned and firm enough.

My acupuncturist feels it would be best if I didn't lift weights. I have being doing them 2-3 times a week for going on four years now. He said something about weights aren't "natural" and that it bunches all my chi energy into the muscles and doesn't allow the chi to flow freely through my body like it should.

I ordered the T-Tapp total workout last week so it should come this week. I don't have big muscles but I have fairly good definition and I don't want to lose all that I've worked hard to get.

Any ex-weightlifters and T-Tappers have any insight....or photos?? :)

THANKS!!

Yes, I did. T-Tapp is a complete workout. No need for weights. You'll be very happy w/your purchase.
go to www.t-tap.com and ask questions or lurk around and learn! AND, you will not lose what you have worked for - provided you have the proper form and DO t-tapp!
I love tapping!

I to have t-tap video's I have not frequent them but I felt a complete work out from them in the same way I do from wieght lifting. With my thyroid disfunction wieght lifting irritates the thyroid but t-taping does not. I have several friends that feel t-taping defines quicker.

T-tapp is a lymphatic workout. Balance is involved too. There is no need for any equipment when tapping.
