gets the opportunity to buy a new fridge. But we bought a new one - a "green" one called Vest Frost. I cannot recommend it enough. It's like magic. It is keeping produce - even greens - at least three times as long. Phenomenal. It is much more energy efficient than your normal fridge. It's downside is that it has less space that a normal fridge. But oh my goodness, how it keeps fruits and veggies. I'm not sure why. But it's fantastic.

Love,

Small world. The fridge is Danish; my husband's friend's father is the manager of that company.

You think THAT's small, go to Dk. Their refrigerators are apartment size even for home/family use.

They are SO good. I knew they were Danish. I've never heard of Dk. I'll have to check it. Or maybe not!

So, have you ever used the V-Frost?

since you are a mighty cookstress - ever thought of doing a book of raw spanish themed foods and calling it Revvell's Bolero?

I'm so bad!

Sorry. Couldn't resist.

Dk is short for Denmark and nope. Not used one of those yet have sent the info to my friend who wants to go "green" for her retreat. When I was there Bo had moved into an apartment, after selling his house, which already had a fridge and it wasn't eco-friendly which is interesting because they are a very ecological country.
