Absolutely a good read. Along with Brian Clement's books. My folks worked with the woman who learned from Ann Wigmore. My brother is a master wheatgrass grower. Check out Hippocrates.org Greenhouse.....for even more info..I especially love the fact that she healed her cat with wheat grass. Have fun.
