MacNut Oil

I just found macadamia nut oil at the health food store (coldpressed and raw) and made some dressing with it. It was fantastic!!! In my search of the forum it did not come up (or I didn't see it) so I thought I would share in case someone wants another yummy addition to their rawrsinal!

Which brand? I use the kind made by MacNut that OneLuckyDuck adores.

I can't live without the stuff - if that proves how great it is! :D

It's made by Nature's Way. I'm not sure what oneluckyduck has but there cookbook is fab!
