I just returned from completing the level 1 course. I've been really happy with a simple raw lifestyle. These new ideas, and actually seeing them prepared and how easy they were has made this whole thing even more exciting. Especially when it comes to taking a dish to the pot luck dinner and drumming night. I was mentioning how funny it is that there are so many pockets of raw foodists all over the country and the world. I guess I truly understand now why that is.....SO WE CAN SOW THE SEEDS OF RAW to as many as we can. My thanks and gratitude go out to...just to name a few....my parents, my brother Michael, Brian, Alissa, Linda, Annmarie, Sally, Carly and Sarah. Thanks to all of you who have made these last four months some of the best of my life.....so far anyway...... :)
