Can you substitue1 T. Bragg's Liquid Aminos or Nama Shoyu?

I have no idea what those are but by the sounds of it, my local grocery store isnt going to carry it. :o

In most recipes you can replace with salt.
But for things like marinated mushrooms and the steak recipe, it won't be at all right without them.
