I agree. That lion is precious, and has a lot of love for the person who saved his life and cared for him. Animals feel, and in many ways it is so much purer than humans do. :-)

I had a similar experience with a black maned African Lion, but it was only a few months old. My husband rescued him and he couldn't give us enough hugs and "wanna be roars". The baby would go back and forth from my husband to me getting as much love as he could.

The original owner came and got the lion from us. I wish I knew what happened to the little guy. I often think of him.
