I usually have maca in the morning, then I have a green smoothie w/lots of kale in it. Either mid-day or in the evening I will have another green smoothie, usually w/more kale and either spinich or collard greens also. Yesterday was the first day I didnt' take maca at night or drink the green smoothie and when I woke up I just wanted to sleep. I felt run over! No.. hung over! lol Can it be that my body is used to getting a certain amount of greens each day and when I dont consume it there are side effects? Or could it be it was used to getting the maca? Or.. could it be both?
