rp brownies to make mint oreos??

i made the mint meltaways yesterday and i love them! i know that someone here was trying to make oreos from rawpriestesses brownie mix. has anyone tried to make thin crunchy chocolate cookies from her recipe yet? then my idea was to use the mint creme from the mint meltaways for the middle of the "oreo"!

Melissa, that sounds so good. My dehydrator isn't accessible at the moment or I would sure try it. Please let us know how it turns out. I do believe I would prefer soaked almonds for the nut in the cookie part though. They blend so smooth and dough like without turning oily.
