I would have sworn I'd seen a photo of blueberry crepes on her website, but I've just been to look and there isn't one, how weird.
Sorry.
Don't know where it's from in that case. I googled and found somebodys blog that described making Alissa's crepes with blueberry instead. I can't find any other.

hey guys,

actually i came up with that recipe, after finding how to make the crepe part in alissa's book. see, i live in wild blueberry country - so in the summer we pick gallons and then freeze em for the winter.

funny that u asked because i actually wrote the recipe down when i made them so i could do it again.

Blueberry Cream filling:
3/4 cup raw cashews (i soaked them overnite)
1 overflowing cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (i used frozen)
4 medjool dates
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs pure maple syrup (not raw...i didnt have agave, but u can use that instead)

blend till smooth and spread on crepes and roll up :)

hope u enjoy as much as i did!

Thanks for the recipe. It sounds very decadent and delicious.
Here's the blog I found with a similar recipe:

Ooh wild blueberries, I'm so jealous!
I adore blueberries. Every day I eat 150g blended with 1/2 avocado and 2 bananas (eaten with a spoon) and it's wonderful. I love the taste and they really improve my memory and brain function. I'd eat more but I can't afford to because blueberries are so expensive here. They're the best source of antioxidants except for wild berries, with wild blueberries topping the list. So you must be a free-radical-free-zone!

Thanks fairygirl for sharing. I was actually going to privately e-mail you after work tonight about the crepes. I thought they looked very yummy. Thanks for sharing. You are doing so well at cooking un-raw for a newbie- or even a long-time raw foodie. You want to cook for me?! :p
