Hi there raw peoples,

My name is Judy, and my partner & myself are giving a primarily raw diet a serious go of it. We already eat lots more raw than the average SAD eater, so the transition is not that vast for us, and we eat mostly organic. Our lifestyle does make it difficult to stay on a raw diet as we travel a lot, and spend a lot of time at festivals due to our job... but, I'll explain all that later with questions for you guys!

Right now, we're just keeping with mostly raw, but after we return from our next trip, we are going to try for 90-100% (I won't give up my sashimi just yet) and then shortly thereafter, a Master Cleanse.

We have 4 kitties, and 3 dawgs, run our own business and currently have 2 employees. I am an organic gardener, and we're trying to buy a greenhouse this year to make that easier.

I'll have lots of questions, and possibly some worthy input... just wanted to introduce myself before I just started posting!

Cheers,
Judy

Lets GO FOR IT. You are in the Right Business, I'll bring the Olive Oil and meet you in the field(*-*) I think it is a Wonderful thing your Family plans to do. You know what they say about a Family who eats RAW together, They are BEAUTIFUL People.

Keep your diet Simple, it makes it easier, eating Whole Fruits and Vegetables. But there are plenty of recipes if you want to try any. You can find lots using the Search at the top of this page. You can make RAW Sashimi you know.

I sure hope things go WELL with your Green House and the Family Business BOOMS to more than 2 Employee/I wish you MUCH Success.

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW........Welcome to MY World.......

Thanks you guys!

spicyfull, the gardening is a hobby right now; my real job is running an art studio which takes up waaaaay too much of the time. It does allow me to fix all of our meals, though, since the studio & house & garden are all on the same property!

Mmmmm, raw sashimi.... :D
