my dear friends can i use cabbage as green for green smoothie as i am having 2 glasses of spinach based green smoothie in morning and at night for dinner everyday and i am afraid that oxalic acid from spianch may create stone problems for my kidney as i did have minor stone problem in past

I've never tried it, but would have to say, 'Why not?"

I remember hearing of a weight lifter who ate cabbage and cabbage only. And did great at his weight lifting. Sorry, but I can't remember the name. There must be a lot of good things in that cabbage.

He must have just ate a lot of cabbage - not JUST cabbage - no one can live off of one thing and one thing only :) - That is why humans are omnivoures - we need protien (plant or animal) and fruits and veggies :)

I tried cabbage in a smoothie once and that was alright! How do you like cabbage? I am alright eating once in a while, but mostly not too much at a time as I am not that fond of the taste.. The amount depends on your taste for it ;)
