One of the things that attracted me to raw eating was the do-it-yourself part, not able to buy boxed/packaged goodies and that all the food came from the garden instead of mass produced. But it seems that even within the raw food liveit (instead of diet) more and more consumer based products have been showing up. Part of me is happy, means less work for me. Part of me is sad, raw food is just another product to buy at the supermarket. With superfoods, super suppliments, bars and boxed crackers life is both better and more mainstream, along with being just another thing you can buy. Will the lack of perservatives be enough to save raw boxed food from being made by Nabisco some day?

Fiddle80 - I love your liveit instead of diet! Good one!
Who knows? We can only hope super big brother won't get their greedy hands on raw foods...

On the other hand...if they did...and truly kept it raw and organic, if it went mainstream, let's hope it would be more affordable for more people. Like me.
