Rawjojo-Taco Cup Recipe Please??

I loved your lunch pictures on the photos only thread and especially am curious about your Raw Taco Cups! They look delicious, do you have a recipe for these you could share? Thank you!

I am sooooooo sorry! I was just searching for an old post of mine and noticed that you asked this question way back in December! Again, SORRY!

I was trying to find that old picture, but couldn't. So to the best of my recolection they were just raw tacos. When I make these I put out a selection of items for people to choose from. Usually I have the following available: Large Iceburg and cabbage leaves, mock mexican nutmeat, "refried" beans (from sunflower seeds), mock cheese ( usually Alissa's nacho recipe), guacamole, olives, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and mock sour cream. They everyone just piles on what they like and scarfs them down. These were the first thing that my husband would eat in the raw world. So it's a really good introduction food because everybody loves them!

p.s. ....and yes, salsababy, I did make all this food ( in under an hour), can't do that in the cooked world!!! Clean up was even quicker! It was great, I just had a bunch of girlfriends over and they all loved it. Some of them even when on to pursue a raw diet!
