Date: Friday, December 8th
Time: 10:00 am
Place: St. Charles, Missouri
A great way to get started with Raw ... come join us for a fun afternoon of food prep and tasting ... lots and lots and lots of tasting!!!
We will make almond mylk ..plain, banana, chocolate .....
and then start with "breakfast" ... doing Bananas Berries & Creme ..sure, this could be a dessert but it makes a scrumptions breakfast too!
then on to lunch ... mock salmon pate with baby carrots for dipping, and stuffed portabella mushrooms. ...
a quick break ...and we are having dinner!! ... romaine lettuce with mock salmon pate dressing, gazpacho soup, and spaghetti with marinara sauce. YUM
hey - still have room left?? well, it's Dessert next -- Date Nut Torte.
hmmmmm - there are leftovers ... what should we plan on doing with those? Easy, we'll throw together some Collard Rollups!
